Super Buy Tires

I had placed a order for 22 inch wheels and tires. On Monday got a call from Joe saying they didn't have the tires. So after days of lies over how 2700 for tires and wheels went to 3000 on Monday now tires. Found the tires online for 500 less and free shipping called back and just ordered the wheels. I asked for overnight shipping cause of all the time i had wasted on Joe lies and was told all i could get was GROUND for 180. Which was kinda funny cause he said the shipping was 300. With the financing he said the wheels would go out on Wednesday which turned out to be they would be picked up on Wednesday. I found out the wheels would be in my town on Monday but wouldn't be delivered till Tuesday. Called and asked why and to my shock Joe had put my order on home delivery with restriction on a package that was 100% paid in full for. Called Joe several time to hear things from I would say i didn't get the package to he hopes i get cancer and die. I went to the hup to try and pick the wheels up and couldn't so i CALLED to inform the shipping manager to see if he would help. Then i get a alert saying the wheels was being shipped back at the customers request. Called fedex and was informed that they was contacted and told i was trying to scam them and take the order. Mind you it was paid off completely. Avoid this place they are scamming people on shipping they already gave an account set up with fed ex so like everyone else could offer free shipping. I was even charged 75 dollars for new handling fee whatever that is. Joe made threats to ruin my girlfriends credit. they so called restrictions is only cause they they account to ship out customers orders which should be i think illegal if it has been paid for. THEY HAVE AN ACCOUNT ALREADY SO THEY SHIPPING CHARGES ARE 100% LIES AND AWAY TO GET OVER ON CUSTOMERS

I purchased a set of 18in wheels in December 2016 online because of the 100 days same as cash i installed them in February just to get a terrible vibration on my cadillac just to find out they wasn't balanced before being shipped so i had them balanced twice with no cure for the vibration so i was told i need hub rings so i called super tire and was told i had to pay $50 to order them and that will fix the problem after waiting 3 weeks i find out they never ordered them after calling again they sent the rings i installed them and my car still vibrating i change tie rods and both hub bearings then take my car to a custom tire shop and get the tire balanced again and guess what the car is still vibrating so i call super tire again now im being told to take my car to another tire shop to get the tires road balanced now im pissed because these tires was supposed to be ready to mount and ride now i have drive to another state to get this special balancing i took them off and put my factory wheels back on and my car rides like a Cadillac again with no vibration.I have a business and i will never recommend anyone to purchase wheel or tires from this company if you dont live near them
